  • A Partner You Can Trust

    LEASE NEGOTIATIONS

Tenants face inherent challenges in lease negotiations. Landlords negotiate for a living, giving them a significant advantage. Choosing the right real estate advisor is paramount.

  • Perfection is Subjective

    PICKING THE RIGHT LOCATION

Many claim to find the perfect space, but perfection is subjective. Every space has pros and cons, involving Financial, Operational, and Qualitative components. My transparent approach ensures you're aware of all factors before making a decision.

  • Less Searching. More Value.

    NO SEARCH FEATURE?

Exploring real estate online is common, but my website offers more. Instead of a search functionality that only has access to the exact same data that every other website has, leverage my 29 years of knowledge, relationships, and the full resources of a large firm at no cost.

  • Seeing From Both Sides

    A UNIQUE, DUAL PERSPECTIVE

Proudly representing both Tenants and Landlords for 29 years, I understand the motivations of each side. This dual perspective allows me to generate value and creative solutions, ensuring success for Tenant clients.

  • Putting the Client First

    WHAT’S THE COST? $0

In commercial real estate, Tenant costs remain $0, whether working with an experienced or less qualified broker. The Landlord covers the fee. Choose a first-rate broker with superior market knowledge, long-term relationships, and a commitment to putting the client first.

Beyond Listings:

Why My Expertise is More Valuable than a Space Search Feature

We all like to look at real estate on the internet. I get it. It’s fun to explore and see what’s out there and at what price. However, that is not a feature I offer on my website. I offer something far more valuable.

I am offering at no cost to my clients all the knowledge and relationships I have acquired in 29 years working as a leasing broker and the full resources of a large firm. Seeing a good space with the wrong broker can have devastating consequences for your business.

There is approximately 400 million square feet of office space in Manhattan. All brokers have access to the same space listings. Finding space is not complicated. Delivering excellent results is what matters the most.

My goal is to educate my clients on the market and every economic consideration in a term sheet. At the end of the day, it is rarely about just the space. It is about identifying the right situation and creating a deal that makes sense.

Navigating Dual Perspectives:

The Advantage of a Broker Who Understands Both Sides

Many brokers will say that they only represent Tenants. Throughout my 29-year career I have proudly represented both Tenants and Landlords.

I see this as a benefit to my clients. In any successful negotiation it is critical to understand the motivations, objectives, and sticking points of the other side. A broker who understands the Landlord mentality will be in a much better position to generate value and creative solutions on behalf of their Tenant client.

Empower Your Business

Choosing the Right Real Estate Advisor

The Tenant is at an inherent disadvantage. Landlords negotiate lease transactions for a living. Tenants do not. Working with the right real estate advisor who can even the playing field is a decision that should not be taken lightly.
