30 Years of Strategic Real Estate Advisory
With a career spanning three decades in the New York City market, I provide my clients with a rare, 360-degree perspective on commercial real estate. I began my career in 1995 at a premier boutique firm, where I worked as both a tenant representative broker and an in-house leasing agent for our portfolio of properties. This early experience taught me to see every deal from both sides of the table—a skill that remains one of my greatest assets today.
Since joining the world’s leading commercial real estate firm in 2004, I have dedicated myself to a “client-first” philosophy. Whether navigating a Midtown Class A requirement, a creative Midtown South loft requirement or nonprofit requirement in Harlem, my approach is always the same. Educating the client, transparency, hard work, preparation and integrity. I don’t just broker deals; I guide my clients through every phase of the process to ensure their real estate strategy aligns with their long-term goals.
This approach has enabled me to become known in the industry as a “go to” broker for mid-size and privately held companies, nonprofit and healthcare organizations, and as one of the pre-eminent leasing agents for family and mid-sized/owners.
Leadership & Philanthropy
Impact Beyond Real Estate
l am regarded as a leader in the real estate community.
I have served as co-chair of the REBNY Building Agent’s Committee for five years, consistently invited to speak and moderate industry panels and am a 20-year member of the Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association.
My most significant—and meaningful—philanthropic accomplishment is the founding and chairing of two annual real estate industry charity events to raise money for the organizations St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Care For the Homeless.
Over a seven-year period, these events have raised more than $1,000,000.
I am a rare native New Yorker and continue to live in the city. I am the father of two not quite grown boys. I am a lifelong tennis player, and a member of the New York Athletic Club where I am now becoming a squash, and pickleball player and still play in a weekly basketball game.
I am avid reader, podcast listener, and lover of live music and believe I have one of the largest music collections for someone outside of the music industry.
